Haley fosters a safe, compassionate space where clients feel comfortable opening up and working through life’s difficulties. She believes that you are the expert of your own life and approaches therapy with empathy, understanding, and without judgment. Starting therapy is an important step, and Haley is here to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
Haley uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in her practice.
Haley obtained her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. She has previously worked in several levels of care, including Residential treatment, PHP and IOP levels of care, and continuing care. She is also trained in Gottman Level 1 for Couples Counseling.
In her free time, Haley loves spending time with friends and family at festivals, concerts, or backyard BBQs in the summer.
