Angie brings transparency, humor, and optimistic realism to the therapy room. Clients can expect to feel welcomed and validated, while also being gently challenged to grow. Angie approaches individual and relationship wellness through a head–heart–body framework, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on each client’s needs.
With extensive experience working with children and teens, Angie creates a warm, engaging environment that helps young clients feel comfortable quickly so meaningful work can begin and progress toward feeling better can be made.
Angie also specializes in relationship-focused work with couples and partners. Whether you are working to rebuild trust after infidelity, navigating communication challenges, or exploring nonmonogamy, Angie provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space to guide your process.
Their approach integrates Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational Cultural Therapy (RCT), and Mind–Body Therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual, child, or couple.
Angie earned a BA in Psychology from Colorado Christian University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
In her personal life, Angie enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, creating music playlists, and practicing yoga. They also love decorating and organizing their home.
