Franky’s warmth, compassion, and authenticity help foster a welcoming and supportive therapeutic environment. She values building strong, trusting relationships and strives to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to share their experiences and challenges.
Franky is dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate the complexities of life. Through a collaborative, client-centered approach, she works with clients to explore how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence their well-being and relationships, while developing practical strategies to support growth, resilience, and progress towards their goals.
Franky believes therapy should be tailored to the individual. She uses an eclectic approach that includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies based on each client’s strengths, goals and needs.
Franky received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lewis University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with advanced training in complex trauma, Franky supports clients in navigating and alleviating the effects of trauma.
Outside of practice, Franky values time with family and friends, finds restoration in nature, enjoys reading, and attending live music events.
