Lainey’s approach is compassionate, engaging, and strength-based. As a TBRI® practitioner, she leads with connection, trust, and attunement, meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to their individual needs, goals, and pace.
Lainey utilizes a trauma-informed, eclectic approach that incorporates mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, play-based interventions, and traumatic stress treatment. She often describes her philosophy as an “inside-out” approach, emphasizing meaningful change that begins from within.

Outside of work, Lainey enjoys the outdoors, yoga, time near water, and caring for her dogs, cats, and chickens. A proud Kansas native, she is a devoted Chiefs fan.
