Adolescents, Adults, and Families

Seema is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. She meets each client with genuine care and curiosity, creating a warm, non-judgmental space where struggles, hopes, and strengths can be explored openly and safely.

With experience in crisis counseling, suicide prevention, and education, Seema supports clients in uncovering what’s weighing on them and recognizing their inner resilience. She understands that people carry many layers—expectations, responsibilities, and experiences that aren’t always visible—and works collaboratively to help clients find clarity and healing at their own pace.

Seema integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based framework. She also brings a deep awareness of cultural identity and its influence on how we experience the world.

Seema earned her B.S. in Psychology and Philosophy, with a minor in Sociology, from Elmhurst University, and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Governors State University. She is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

Outside of work, Seema enjoys spending time with her children, listening to podcasts, and strength training. She also loves cozying up with a good book, exploring new restaurants, and catching up on her favorite reality TV shows.
